We carefully rub our meat with our own unique blend of homemade salt and fragrant sesame oil before serving it.Since the meat itself is thoroughly seasoned, it's recommended to try it first with just salt, without any sauce.Of course, it's also excellent when enjoyed with the rich sauce.Enjoy the variations in flavor to your liking.
